Residential advertising · Geographic campaigns
AdCoordinates coordinates advertising across participating residential properties. Advertisers can select relevant buildings or geographic clusters instead of negotiating separately with each property.
Choose participating buildings by geography. A proposed five-building network of 100 units each would represent 500 households and approximately 1,250 potential residents at 2.5 residents per unit.
Campaigns can include scheduled lobby displays, approved property communications and eligible QR experiences. Inventory and placement terms are confirmed before purchase.
Review available ad plays, distribution activity, QR scans and clicks. Ad plays are not the same as verified human impressions.
The five-building example illustrates a proposed network, not confirmed participating inventory or guaranteed reach. Campaign pricing, eligibility and availability are subject to agreement.

Join a managed residential advertising network without replacing your existing property management software. AdCoordinates recruits advertisers and coordinates campaigns; FolioProjects Broadcast provides property communications and display technology.
Participating properties maintain a paid FolioProjects subscription when Broadcast is activated. That subscription provides property communications and Broadcast software independently of advertising results. AdCoordinates separately recruits advertisers and administers the proposed revenue-sharing program. There is no guaranteed advertising income.
Beyond Programs Ltd. is the contracting entity. Equipment, installation and any other property expenses are agreed before launch.
Illustrative model: $100 per unit per advertiser per year, with a proposed 50% property revenue share.
| Advertisers | Annual property share |
|---|---|
| 1 | $5,000 |
| 3 | $15,000 |
| 5 | $25,000 |
| 10 | $50,000 |
Illustrations assume each advertiser purchases a full year at the proposed rate. Figures are before subscriptions, equipment, taxes and other costs; no advertiser participation or revenue is guaranteed. The 50/50 split is proposed, not a published contractual commitment.
See the property experience
Residents can see building announcements and clearly identified local advertising on approved common-area screens. AdCoordinates sells and coordinates campaigns across participating properties; the building retains agreed approval rights.
Illustrative screen concept, not a screenshot of a live installation. Actual layouts and placements depend on configuration and property approval.
Why join a network? A single building does not need to recruit ten advertisers itself. AdCoordinates can sell a campaign across several geographically relevant buildings, then attribute revenue to participating properties under the agreed terms. The ten-advertiser scenario represents a target for each building's inventory—not a promise of ten signed advertisers.
Advertiser recruitment, geographic campaign sales, creative coordination, delivery reporting and revenue-sharing administration.
Approval of participation, display locations, advertising standards and applicable communications placements. Existing property systems can remain in place.
Displays, frames and installation are funded by the property or sponsoring advertiser as agreed. Qualified third-party contractors handle installation; responsibilities are set out in writing.
Are you a strata owner rather than a council member? Share this section with your council, or use the inquiry form to request a council-ready overview. Any participation remains subject to required property approvals and a signed agreement.
